This book is based on my Ph.D dissertation. Organizing my ideas into this book would be impossible without the help of many people. I would like to thank all of them for their guidance，tolerance，and support，because I have benefited a lot from them all.

    First and foremost，my deepest gratitude goes to Professor Yu Jianhua，supervisor of my Ph.D. studies，for his insightful suggestions for the choice of my topic, his patient hearing of my fractured thoughts, his expert questioning of my outline, his critical reading of my first draft and his enlightening urging for my finding the suitable title. Without his help and encouragement, this project might be sheer impossibility. Without his tolerance and even indulgence，my three years Ph.D. studies in SISU would not be that smooth and rewarding.
