A salad is eaten with a fork only held in the right hand with points turned up.There is usually a special one for the salad，a little smaller than the meat fork.

1.入境时，官员就会要求看你的护照(May I see your passport，please？)。除了验证你的护照，入境处官员还会顺带问你一些问题，比如你到这个国家来做什么，停留的日期，返回的日期等等。一般就是例行公事，不会太刁难人。
2.What is the purpose of your visit？Business or pleasure？你此行的目的是什么？出差还是旅游？注意这里用的是business来回答的，一般回答要简短，不用太详细。下一个问题，Where do you intend to visit while in the country？问你这段时间打算到哪去？也是只需要简单地把你的行程告诉他就可以了。总之，态度要大方、友好就可以。
3.head on to 前往某地，一般是说先到某地，然后在从这个地方到另一个地方。比如：After visiting Aunt Sarah in Paris，I'm heading on to London.在巴黎看望莎拉姨妈后，我接着就要去伦敦。head for somewhere则表示直接去某地，比如：Where are you heading for？I'm heading for San Francisco.你要去哪啊？我要去旧金山。
4.a return ticket返程机票。一般如果出国时间比较短的话，可以买two-way ticket或者 round way ticket，也就是往返机票。

'OK，'said the owner，'come in and have some lunch."The two sat around the kitchen eating and drinking for about an hour，when the wanderer said he had to leave.He thanked the owner for getting him back on the straight and narrow.
As the owner showed the wanderer to the front door，the wanderer turned and said，'Oh，by the way，that was not a Porsche out back，it was a Ferrari.'
