    过去，工厂都选择建在大城市里。

    如今，情况正在悄然发生改变。现在大多数城市都能提供企业所需的劳动力；廉价且充足的电力，在大多数城镇里也都得到了供应；对于大多数城市来说，良好的交通设施、住房设施也不再是难以攻克的难题，要建立一座大型工厂亦非难事。

    在许多一线城市里，交通堵塞成了难以克服的问题，员工每天的上下班以及节假日的出行都成了困难。同时大城市还有另外一个缺陷，那就是高额的房租。

    未来，大都市将不再是大型工业厂房的集中地，靠近原材料的来源地或重要的消费中心才是大型工厂的最好选择。
